Mini-College Overview

Welcome to the 2021 Oregon Master Gardener Association Virtual Mini-College.  Two outstanding keynote speakers, classes and workshops on a variety of timely topics will make this an event you won’t want to miss.  All are designed to stimulate your gardening enthusiasm and increase your horticultural knowledge.

Here is the best news: normally you must select just a few classes to take, even though there are more you would like to attend.  This year, all the classes will be recorded so following the conference, you can listen to the other presentations at a time convenient for you.

Speakers, Fundraisers, Bookstore and More…

A slide show of photos taken by Oregon Master Gardeners is planned prior to the keynote speakers. Friday will feature Oregon Gardens and Saturday will feature the Beauty of Oregon Landscapes. The chat room will be open so come early to visit with friends and enjoy the pictures.

The Silent Auction and Send-A-Friend fund raisers will be held. Look for handcrafted items, gardening essentials and other items you can’t live without. You will find the link to the auction under the tab labeled Silent Auction/Send-A-Friend. The two events are combined this year. The revenues will be divided between both projects.

Grass Roots Bookstore is also available so you can order gardening, cooking, and food preservation books and other items for both yourself and your friends. They always have an amazing selection from which to choose.

We look forward to seeing you at our first virtual Mini-College.
